This peaceful 6BR/6BA neighborhood estate on Lake Austin is luxury from front to back. It is a perfect location for your family gathering. As you enter the secluded, serene gated property you will find ample parking in the garage and the driveway. Walking through custom-built iron doors immediately brings you into your private oasis. This home is impeccably designed and decorated throughout. The spacious common living area creates an inviting space for your group. Ample plush seating is provided and a decorative fireplace adds allure. Experience luxury with everything from high-backed dining room chairs to the fully stocked kitchen. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar or gather at one of two dining tables for a family-style feast. This vacation rental sleeps 12 comfortably between six bedrooms. Each room is decorated with a sense of flair and offers privacy. The primary suite offers a king bed, cable TV, access to the patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Upstairs, four bedrooms each have a queen bed. Two bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share direct access to a full bathroom. The private lower-level suite has a king bed, cable TV, en-suite bathroom, pool/ping-pong table, and kitchenette with a full-size fridge and microwave. (The small stove is not functional.) From the back door to the lake, you will have everything you could ever want. There are two balconies with fabulous views of the lake. The downstairs patio has an outdoor kitchen, a stand-alone grill (with propane hookup), a dining area, and easy access to both the main kitchen and the unheated pool below. Just above the pool is a firepit, while past the pool is the double-decker boat dock that offers beautiful views. This home should be used for family celebrations to reflect the laid-back waterfront life. Lake Austin is a controlled body of water in the Hill Country so you won’t have to worry about low water levels. You are 20 minutes from the heart of downtown Austin, and close to plenty of attractions just outside the city. Make the short jaunt into Lakeway for a great dining experience. Hudson’s on the Bend is sure to satisfy your taste buds. Other great finds and high-end shopping are a few minutes away. Stock up at the local grocery and spend time at the Lake House! Things to Know Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, a canoe, and a tandem kayak with life vests are provided. The private lower-level suite is not accessed from inside the main home. The hot tub is currently not operational.
