This home is beautifully decorated and located right on the Rio Grande River, with over 3,000-square-feet of living space to spread out in, making this home perfect for your next vacation with family and friends! It is located in a quiet neighborhood, less than 20 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Area. Sit on the back deck and enjoy the sounds of the River wash by. Inside, you’ll find an all-wood interior dressed in ski décor, comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove, and high, vaulted ceilings. There are two main living areas, so the adults can enjoy a quiet evening while the kids are living it up in the game/recreation room. You’ll have two kitchens, four bedrooms, and two lofts, an ideal space for a family get-together. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, queen beds in the second bedroom, a queen in the third, a twin in the first loft, and two queens in the second loft.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
