The port town has a vast mangrove swamp, a great sports fishing platform, and a spectacular silver-colored beach. The beach features a point break that breaks to the left and right in a gnarly fashion at a river mouth over a sandy bottom. The area is under the protection of the government so it is largely undeveloped. Playa Herradura’s beaches, Los Sueños Golf Club, and fishing opportunities are all a short drive from this home. The heart of Jacó is a little further from the house, with the famous shops, restaurants, and nightlife of Pastor Diaz Avenue. This beach house features a private secure gate, beautiful gardens with palm trees, a full kitchen, and an open furnished tv -living room with high ceilings. Enjoy your days in the private outdoor pool and furnished patio just a few steps from your exclusive entrance to the lovely sandy beach of Tivives. THINGS TO KNOW This vacation rental is close to a beach and a short drive from a mangrove swamp. As such, raccoons, small crabs, and other animals are likely to be in the area. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
