This gorgeous property is situated in the rolling hills in Dripping Springs, TX. The home sits on eight fenced acres for the ultimate in privacy; however, you will also find yourself near the vineyards, restaurants, and shopping. The property has some great amenities too - a private pool, a game room, multiple patios, and an electric vehicle charging station (bring your own power cord). There is something for everyone in the group!
This remodeled and newly furnished, two-level farmhouse has a spacious 4,600 square feet of living space. You’ll find six bedrooms and three and half bathrooms and plenty of room for 16 guests.
You’ll enter the home via the garage, step through the sunroom and into the main great room - the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. This living area is open, bright and airy with high ceilings and offers plenty of natural light.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
