The only thing distancing the balcony from the sand is a large, heated, shared swimming pool. This condo is one of the few originals left on the island and offers that laid back feel with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths to accommodate up to 6 guests. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Lead guests must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and must remain at the property for the reservation duration. No Parties or events are allowed. Smoking is only permitted in open spaces outside of the home. All smoking debris must be removed.
- You are required to sign a guest agreement within 48 hours after making the reservation.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
