Park City Rossie Hill is situated on a hillside in Old Town Park City. It is just over a mile to Deer Valley Resort, almost two miles to Park City Mountain Resort and 0.3 miles to the shuttle stops Sunspot Bus Stop and Shorty’s Stairs. In addition, you will be close to everything the Old Town area has to offer: world class restaurants, shopping and recreation opportunities!
This two-level condo has 1,757 square feet, three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to comfortably accommodated up to eight people.
You will enter the home either through the garage or front door, and then into the great room that holds the living room, kitchen and dining area — with lovely hardwood flooring throughout.
Living Room: This space offers mountain contemporary furnishings, a Smart TV with cable programming, and a warm gas fireplace.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a Bosch glass top electric stovetop in the center island, granite counters and the kitchen bar has seating for three.
Dining Room: The dining area offers a table with seating for six with some area mountain views.

Master Bedroom — King size bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV, gas fireplace, en suite bathroom features double sinks, jetted soaking tub (with views) and a separate shower.
Master bedroom 2 — Queen size bed, Smart TV with Roku, the private bathroom has a walk-in closet, soaking tub and separate shower. This room also offers a private deck with the hot tub.
Bedroom 3/bunk room — Full-over-full bunk beds, Roku Smart TV, private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
