Mayflower Stillwater Escape is a gorgeous vacation home where you can enjoy spectacular views of Deer Valley Resort and surrounding desert hills. This home is a ½ mile to the recreation-filled Jordanelle Reservoir and just 1.5 miles from the Deer Valley Jordanelle Express chairlift! You will find that the location is serene and quite, yet just minutes from both Park City and Heber City. This property is a great choice for any time of the year.
This three-level townhome has been recently remodeled and offers 3,500 square feet. You will find four bedrooms, four bathrooms and plenty of space to sleep up to 12 guests.
Entering the home through main level front door, you will step right into the property’s spacious great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area, with new furnishings throughout.
Living Room: Featuring a new sectional sofa, 55” HD TV (with Dish satellite service), a warm and cozy gas fireplace and access to the covered deck where you can take in the surrounding views.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a new Thor gas range, granite counters, and a convenient island with seating for four.
Dining Room: The dining area has new dining furniture with seating for six.
Theater/Family Room: (2nd/lower level) — This media room features an 82” Samsung Smart TV with Dish programming and a Bose sound system. Enjoy the comfy sofa or enjoy a fun game at the game table.

Master bedroom (2nd/lower level) — King size bed, 50” Toshiba Fire TV with Dish programming, access to the covered deck. The private bath offers double granite counter sinks, a jetted tub, and a spacious tile shower.

Bedroom 3 (1st/lower level) - King size bed, 50” Toshiba Fire TV with Dish programming, access to a covered patio. Private access to the full shared bath offering double sinks, a jetted tub and a spacious tile shower.
Bedroom 4/bunk room (1st/lower level) — Two twin-over-full bunk beds, access to the patio with a private hot tub. Access to the full shared bathroom.
