Upon entering through the front door, you will be embraced by a stunning great room, warm and open space with gorgeous maple floors throughout and vaulted wood beam ceilings. This grand space holds the living room, kitchen, and dining area. This area is further accented by a multitude of windows providing plenty of natural light and the iconic red rock views.
This remodeled home offers one level of living space with 3,086 square feet of comfort. The master & guest bedrooms are private and have their own private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom, set up as a den, has a fold-out queen sofa bed, its own private bathroom & shower with easy access to the pool. In all, the house accommodates up to six guests in true luxury and comfort.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
