Sedona Saddlerock Retreat is a fabulous property located just a half-mile off AZ-89A, so you will be near all the wonderful restaurants and shopping options offered. For those seeking outdoor activities, you will be close to many popular hiking trails as well.
This spacious 2,669 square foot home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and views throughout the entire home. This property can very comfortably accommodate up to six guests. It is also pet friendly (up to two dogs with prior approval and $200 non-refundable fee).
You will enter this gorgeous adobe-style home through the quaint gated entry and courtyard. You will enter the home through the front door, where you’ll find yourself in the great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas — an open and airy space where you can truly enjoy your stay.
Living Room: Features leather reclining sofa and chair, a Smart TV/Apple TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. Also, off the living room is a wonderful Zen space with yoga mats/blocks.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stovetop and convection oven. The granite countertops offer plenty of space for meal prep and entertaining. Enjoy the natural light provided by the skylight and the kitchen bar with seating for three.
Dining area: The dining area offers seating for six surrounded tons of windows to enjoy the natural light and red rock views. Plus this area has convenient patio access.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — King size bed, Smart TV/Apple TV, patio access. The private bathroom features a double sinks, a soothing jetted soaking tub and a separate tile shower with two shower heads. You can even access the patio from this room.
Bedroom 2 and 3 – Queen bed, Smart TV/Apple TV, and access to the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor/Patio areas:
The private backyard is spacious and comfortable. Relax in the shade or enjoy the sun or gaze at the stars around the outdoor gas fireplace. The wrap around patio provides additional seating areas and more red rock views. The front courtyard is a lovely place and includes a clay chiminea.
