This home provides single-level living within a spacious 2,445 square feet, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms to sleep up to six guests. You’ll enter the home through the front door and into a hallway with the living room and dining area on the left — surrounded by windows and mountain views. Formal Living Room: The spacious living room has contemporary furnishings including a sectional sofa and the surrounding windows let you enjoy natural light and the views. Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes GE finger-print resistant stainless-steel appliances, updated granite counter tops and lovely alder cabinetry. The kitchen bar makes prep easy and offers bar seating for three! Family Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, this room offers comfy seating, a Smart TV with cable, a cozy gas fireplace and the stunning views. There is a wonderful wet bar - great for entertaining – and access to the outdoor patio. Dining area: This area offers a table with seating for eight. Office space: includes a desk and office chair for those times you may need to catch up on some work. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Master Bedroom 1— King size bed, Smart TV, mountain views, and the en suite bath offers dual sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower. You will even have access to the backyard. Bedroom 2 — Queen size bed, Smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds (can be put together for a king size bed upon request and a $30 fee) Smart TV, and access to the full shared bathroom.
