Centrally located in West Sedona, Sedona Agave house is a great choice for your next getaway. You will be close to 89A with its many restaurants and shops, close to hiking and biking trails, and be taken away by views of Chimney Rock, Capital Butte and Coffee Pot Rock.
This single-level manufactured home was recently remodeled and features 1,440 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms to accommodate up to four guests.
From the front door entryway offering a bench, coat rack and cubbies, you’ll step into the great room with an open floor plan and windows adorning every wall. This spectacular space encompasses the living room, kitchen and dining area.
Living Room: This spacious room offers a charming bay window to bring in the surrounding red rock views and plenty of natural light. Enjoy comfortable furnishings and a Roku Smart TV with cable programming plus a DVD player. There are multiple seating areas including the telescope area where you can check out the star-filled skies. There is an entertainment and game area filled with fun games for all ages, and a desk area for those who need to catch up on some work.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make meal prep a breeze. It offers updated stainless-steel appliances, stone counters, and bar seating for four. No detail has been overlooked — for instance both drip and Keurig coffee makers are there for your convenience.
Dining Area: The dining area has seating for four guests.

Master Bedroom — Plush king size bed, Smart TV; the private bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.
Bedroom 2 — Two twin beds (can be converted into a king bed upon request and a $30 fee), Roku TV, and access to the full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The surrounding yard is an oasis with natural landscaping and plenty of mature trees. There are paver patios with outdoor furnishings - making it the perfect place for taking in the views. There is also outdoor dining and a propane gas BBQ where you can grill up some of your favorites.
