The lovely Sedona Chapel Area Charm is situated on a corner lot and radiates with stunning and up-close views of the surrounding red rock vistas. You will also find yourself surrounding by many activities, including an abundance of hiking trails and Sedona attractions.
This spacious, one-level custom home offers 2,731 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to ten guests.
Entering this home through the front door, you’ll be greeted by a welcoming foyer. A few more steps and you’ll be in the great room offering the living room, kitchen and dining areas. This space is open and bright, and you’ll enjoy amazing views from nearly every window!
Living Room: The living room offers contemporary furnishings, a Smart TV, gas fireplace, and the picture window providing natural light and stunning views.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and contains granite counters, black stainless appliances, including a 5-burner electric stovetop. There’s a wonderful breakfast nook with a table and seating for four.
Dining Area: This area offers a table with seating for eight and French doors that lead to the back patio.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1— King size bed, Smart TV, and the en suite bath features two vanities, a jetted tub, separate shower and a walk-in closet.
Master Bedroom 2 —Two queen beds, Smart TV, the private bathroom features a dual sink vanity and a separate tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds (or put together for a king upon request & $30 fee), Smart TV, red rock views, and access to a full shared shared bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 4/bunk room — Twin-over-twin bunk beds and access to the full shared bathroom.

The private yard is professionally landscaped and provides serene spaces. There is a covered patio with outdoor dining and a propane BBQ grill where you can enjoy your meals and drinks in the shade.
