The home also backs up to a nature preserve that provides peace and serenity. Lounge on the private back patio with fabulous views of the famous Cathedral Rock or enjoy Thunder Mountain views from the front of the house! You will also be very close to the popular Hwy 89A where you will enjoy plenty of restaurants (walking distance to a few!) and shopping options.
Newly furnished, this home offers 2,800 square feet, three bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms to easily sleep up to six guests... with red rock views from every room!
Entering through the front door puts you directly in this single level home’s great room with the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. There is also a bonus family room as well. This area boasts a multitude of surrounding windows that bathe the area in natural light and views.
Living Room: Featuring comfortable furnishings, gas fireplace, and access to the deck area where you can take in the views and warm of the sun.
Kitchen: The kitchen is open and spacious and comes well equipped with stainless steel appliances, including double ovens, a gas stovetop and a wine fridge. There is also seating for three at the kitchen bar.
Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for eight guests, deck access and views of the preserve.
