The property is almost directly on the beach in Manerba del Garda and is located in a quiet side street: ideal for your holiday on Lake Garda. The outward appearance of the Italian-style residence with pool already promises a relaxing stay in a charming ambience. This apartment is on the top floor of the house and offer enough space for up to 4 people. The two separate bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed. Bed linen, ready made, is included in the price for the number of people booked. The fully equipped kitchen leaves no limits to creativity when cooking. The apartment has a covered private balcony: here the holiday guests can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee or spend the evening with a glass of red wine, garden furniture is available. The entire garden area around the complex can be used jointly by all guests, garden furniture is available for your use and there is a pool to cool off on hot days, and there is also a barbecue area. Each apartment has a parking space in the underground car park and 4 shared washing machines in the house are available to all guests free of charge. We offer our guests a convenient bread delivery service and deliver fresh bread rolls and other baked goods to the apartment door in the morning on request.
