This Villa is a luxurious property located near Lorient Beach. Nestled in a lush tropical setting this three-bedroom vacation home is the perfect place for a stay with family and friends in St. Barts. Built on two levels the vacation villa is a paradise surrounded by palm trees and lush vegetation.
The living room is spacious with a cozy sitting area furnished with a large corner sofa covered with cushions close to windows overlooking the tropical garden. The dining room for six guests is located in the same open space under the high vaulted ceiling. To prepare your meals and cocktails the well-equipped kitchen welcomes you with utmost comfort of appliances. On the first floor which is accessible through an interior wooden staircase there is a mezzanine with a sofa the perfect place to rest relax and read. Throughout the house the gentle breeze of the trade winds blows in the enchanting environment of the villa.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- - Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
- - Towels are changed every 2 days.
