The luxurious rental villa is a superb property located in a private and very quiet domain. Built on a single level, it offers one of the most beautiful panoramic ocean views day and night as you marvel at the Saint-Barth’s glorious sunsets.
Tastefully decorated in a modern and sleek style the vacation property is a true private paradise in addition to the marvelous perspective. Its large and airy living room features two adjoining spaces opening onto the ocean and the back of the house for a soft natural ventilation. With comfortable sofas cushions benches and coffee tables this space is very cozy and welcoming between ocean and lush vegetation. Clean lines neutral tones and exotic furnishings create a contemporary atmosphere also complemented by beautiful art photographs of the old St-Barths giving a nice touch of authenticity to the indoor spaces.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- - Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
- - Towels are changed every 2 days.
