A perfectly located duplex apartment in Marbesa area (east of Marbella) will make your holidays or your home office time a perfect moment for you to relax and enjoy the sunsets of Marbella.
The apartment is part of a complex located just in front of the beach between Marbella down Town and Malaga airport. In the complex you will find many extra facilities like a summer bar/Italian restaurant next to the swimming pool, water sports equipment and a private garden with direct access to the beach.
The apartment has one En suite bedroom (with a small office) in the ground floor and two bedrooms with two bathrooms in the first floor.
Downstairs there is a nice open living/dining room where is communicated with the terrace, separated kitchen and west facing terrace (with sea view). There is high speed Wi-Fi available and a tv with internet connection and smart tv functionalities.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
