As you step through the front door you are welcomed by a well-equipped chef’s kitchen with professional-grade Thermador appliances, including a six-burner range and an open floor plan living space overlooking the ocean. The living space features a dining table that seats eight people as well as island seating for four. Here, you will also find a comfortable living room to lounge in with a 55’ smart TV with cable and streaming services. Enjoy the expansive screened-in porch with a plush patio set and a table that seats ten.
Off of the living space are four bedrooms. The first bedroom is appointed with a California king bed and 33” smart TV, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The two are connected by a bathroom with a separate water closet, double vanity, and walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a California king bed, and an extra study that features two twin beds. An adjacent second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs, the fourth bedroom is furnished with a California king bed, and the fitfth bedroom has a queen bed. There is an adjacent bath with double vanity and a large walk-in shower. Here you will find another family room that features vaulted ceilings and a 50” smart TV with cable and streaming services. The balcony off of this living space is the best place in the house to watch the sunrise and sunset.
The back patio has a three-burner gas grill and space for alfresco dining. One of the best features of this home can be found here as well: The private beach access! Enjoy the outdoor hot/cold shower as well as a washing station after a long day at the beach.
Additional features include an elevator that goes to all 3 floors. There is a large washer/dryer on the first floor and a stackable washer dryer on the second floor. Parking is available for up to three cars between the driveway and the garage. Additional public parking may be found in the gravel parking area in front of the home- please make sure cares are parallel parked in the direction of traffic with all 4 tires off the road to avoid citations

- please request the required documentation from our team at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The elevator is only available in the event of injury or special needs.
- please note that should the elevator be out of service, stairs must be used to access the front entrance
*PLEASE NOTE: TURTLE HATCHING SEASON is from May-October. Per Folly beach LAW, all outdoor lights visible from the beach must be turned off from DUSK until DAWN during these months. PLEASE ALSO close curtains and blinds after dusk as well to help comply with conservation efforts.
*Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking.
*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
