Bay View Escape at The Reserve
Nestled adjacent to Goose Island State Park, this waterfront home offers a new-build oasis for occasions of all kinds! This immaculate two-story home boasts an open layout with soaring ceilings, sparkling white walls and accents, and wood floors. Stroll down the 500-foot fishing pier where you can drop a line and easily catch your limit of trout, redfish, drum, or flounder. The pier is illuminated at night and outfitted with green underwater lights to attract the fish.
A convenient cleaning station allows you to clean and prepare your catch and take it home for dinner. For kayak fishing, just use the lift to lower one of the complimentary kayaks into the water and you’re off. For a relaxing afternoon, stroll down to the private two-acre park and recline in one of the numerous hammocks under the shade of giant palms. If you’re entertaining family and friends, be sure to take advantage of the covered pavilion outfitted with lush landscaping and an outdoor kitchen.
When you are not enjoying fabulous Bay views from the covered patio, kick your feet up on the plush furnishings in the living area, fitted with a smart TV and sofabed. The chef in the group will appreciate the suite of stainless steel appliances and ample cookware to create favorite recipes for the group. Upstairs, find two luxe suites and a second living area with a smart TV and sofabed. A half bath and laundry room offer add convenience.
Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier).
THINGS TO KNOW
Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
Additional parking information
Parking is limited in the Reserve. The driveway will accommodate one vehicle. Overflow parking is in the center of the Villas. Do not park boats or trailers by the pool area or in the streets; all boat trailers must be parked in the driveways. No street parking.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
