Nestled in a historic enclave of ancient pines in the heart of Bar Harbor, the Devilstone Cottage Guest House offers a unique retreat within easy reach of Acadia National Park. Available throughout the year, this home is built on the site of one of the original mansions dating back to the town’s emergence as a vacation spot in the 1800s when the Vanderbilts and other notable magnates first started visiting. Boasting a private deck and outdoor seating with a firepit, this twostory Cape Cod style home connects to the Shore Path offering an easy stroll to shopping and dining in town. The spacious interior features a splitlevel design, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. The ground floor primary features an en suite bath and a second, full bath is shared between the other bedroom with a sofabed and the rest of the household. The upstairs primary also features an en suite bath. A fourth, full bathroom is also located upstairs. The full kitchen is well suited for home cooking and meals can be enjoyed either of the sixseater dining tables inside or out on the deck during sunny days. The living room offers a cozy place to unwind and gather for family movie nights on the large, smart TV. In the evening, gather around the firepit as the stars come out.
