Our tropical paradise has a charismatic feeling of an old town fishing village with many of its homes on waterfront property. It is located minutes away from Boca Grande and the Gulf of Mexico. The Landings sits on forty acres with 27 buildings and 132 townhomes. Our gated entrance with an electronic entry system adds security to our prestigious community. Our community is surrounded by lush landscaping with a Clubhouse, library, fitness room, resort-style pool, sun deck with a separate whirlpool spa, and a boardwalk to our dock with a custom kayak launch. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
