It is a large apartment, with more than 220 m2, distributed in 4 bedrooms + 1 separate bedroom on the terrace. In addition, it has a double sofa bed in the living room, which provides a maximum capacity of 11 people.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. After opening the entrance door, we find some stairs through which we access the main floor. On this floor we find the living room, exterior, with a double sofa bed of 1.40 x 1.90, and decorated in detail. The kitchen is independent from the living room and is fully equipped with everything you need. On the same floor we find a master bedroom with two 0.90 x 2.00 beds and an en suite bathroom, two other bedrooms with two 0.90 x 2.00 beds and a smaller fourth bedroom with a single bed 0.90 x 2.00. There is also a second bathroom on the same floor, independent, very spacious and with a bathtub.
Going up the stairs we go directly to a large private terrace of more than 60 m2, equipped with garden furniture, perfect to enjoy the sun and the climate of Seville. In addition, the terrace offers stunning views of the Cathedral and the Giralda, both located a few meters away.
On the same private terrace, independently, we find the fifth bedroom, also with two single beds and an en suite bathroom. This bedroom is accessed from the terrace.
The area where the property is located is perhaps the most emblematic and exclusive of Seville. In the same street of the apartment, Hernando Colón street, we can feel in the heart of Seville, because it runs through the Town Hall Square or San Francisco Square, and it ends at the Puerta del Perdón of the Cathedral of Seville. Without a doubt, a luxury location.
In the surroundings of the apartment, in addition to the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Giralda, and all the long list of monuments located in the area, we can find small grocery stores, supermarkets, tapas bars, flamenco tablaos, and many of the best restaurants in the city.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
