The apartment, recently opened, has design furniture and it’s located in a beautiful typical Sevillian house rehabilitated between Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square. I In the restoration carried out in 2018, it has been preserved as many original architectural elements as possible, and the result is an amazing space where our guests are able to enjoy absolute quiet with great comfort.
Upon entering, you will find the kitchen, fully equipped and very functional, which leads to the living room, which has everything you need to rest after a day getting to know the city. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with shower en suite, and two beds of 90 * 190 cm each.
The surroundings of the apartment are unique, Santa Teresa Street and Plaza de Santa Cruz are two of the most beautiful streets in Santa Cruz quarter, full of History and tradition. Close to the apartment there are small traditional bars where our guests are...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
