Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
This beautiful contemporary designed villa with 5 ensuite bedrooms is situated minutes away from the village of Saint Jean and enjoys the most wonderful sea views.
The villa comprising 1,250 sq m of living space has the most wonderful series of sea-facing terraces and balconies. There are a total of 4 ensuite bedrooms on the upper levels and a 5th bedroom on the lower level ideal for teenagers or staff, a private pool, jacuzzi, and a spa area with sauna and hammam.
Large glass windows, bright white exteriors, spacious extremely comfortable interiors, a glass lift, high ceilings and a 25m high atrium all help to make the house an architectural tour de force.
The terraced garden with manicured lawns, large infinity pool, outdoor dining area and BBQ follows the contour of the Cap and leads to the private heated pool.
Amentities include air-conditioning throughout, wireless high speed Internet, fully equipped study with fax/copier/printer, B&O entertainment system throughout, satellite TV, gym, hammam, jacuzzi, cinema, extensive book, music and film libraries, etc. Additionally there is a secure gated entrance, garage for six cars and further parking for four cars.
