With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage, there is plenty of room to stretch out in his gorgeous space. Make memories that will last a lifetime with your friends and family at this gorgeous home — it is the perfect basecamp for any adventure.
Please remember you are guests in a community that many make their permanent residence. It is important you are respectful and follow the same rules. Please read and abide!
- Outside lighting must be turned off when it is not needed for outside activities and when the property is not occupied. Interior lighting, visible to other properties, must be off when property is not occupied.
- The community quiet hours , which include language and music, are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
- No vehicles, motor homes, recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers may be parked on the streets located within the community. We do not permit motor homes, recreational vehicles, boats, or trailers in the driveway as well.
- No more than four (4) vehicles may be parked at the property at any one time.
- There is a speed limit of 20 mph on all roads within the neighborhood.
- No use of off-road vehicles, snow mobiles, motorcycles, or other excessively loud motor vehicles during quiet hours.
- The community fire pond is not to be used under any circumstances for recreation (e.g., swimming).
- Renter’s activities are to be limited to the facilities at the residence and non-destructive uses of the common area (e.g., walking on the roadway or common area, cross-country skiing or snow shoeing in the common area. Use of facilities at neighboring residences is not permitted.

- While we do not have cable, the television is streaming capable. Guests must provide their own logins.
