Oceanfront Sea Escape is comforting vacation excellence. This beach box-style cottage boasts easy, single-level living and offers direct beach access situated among the dunes in quiet North Avon! The bright, open living/kitchen/dining area combination with high ceilings also features brand new living room furniture for 2023, along with a large 46’ TV, lots of seating, and access to the large covered porch as well as to the upper deck with a hot tub. The well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar with seating, while the adjacent dining area is also equipped with seating. This makes serving meals and snacks a breeze. Down the hall, you will find three bedrooms. Bedroom one is a queen primary room with a private bath and a TV. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has a pyramid bunk, perfect for the kids. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
