Occupying two lots on Monte Vista Estates in the Red River Upper Valley area, our Valley View home can host up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Valley View has plenty of space both inside and out. Admire expansive views along with your morning cup o’ joe while occupying the seat of your choice on the sizable covered/uncovered deck. Enjoy the Wildlife as they roam around the property. 4x4 is often required during the winter months and trailer parking is available.
Step inside to warm up by the wood-burning fireplace. Make yourself comfortable on the couch and enjoy a little downtime in front of the large, flat-screen television with satellite programming. The full kitchen should meet your needs whether those include preparing a midday (or midnight) snack or feeding the small team of competitive athletes returning from their football or whiffle ball game in the yard.
When it’s time to retire for the evening, your party will enjoy the privacy of the five enclosed bedrooms. Three bedrooms are on the ground level, each with a queen bed and two with flat-screen televisions. Two bedrooms are upstairs. The “kids’ room” has two twin/twin bunk beds, and the second upstairs guest room has a queen bed. Three bathrooms (two on the lower level and one on the upper floor) with tub/shower. The property includes Washer/Dryer and offers trailer parking for up to 3 trailers. This property has a total of 2576 square feet. This is the perfect property for those that work remotely since there is high speed wifi.
(Gas fire pit not available during winter months.) 4x4 is often required during the winter months!
