The light and bright interior features an open layout with a modern barn house style throughout. A center island anchors the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Gather for special meals at the dining table set for six, then kick back and relax in the living room and stream favorite shows on the smart TV. Highlights include a primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a desk workspace in the bunk room (ideal for remote work or online school), and a washer/dryer. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
