This bright and beachy ocean-side home offers plenty of stylish comforts for the whole family, pets included! You’ll have four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, wraparound decks, and a private hot tub and pool, all just steps from the beach. On the first floor, you’ll find plenty of room to find your own private escape in one queen primary bedroom, a second queen bedroom, and a twin bunk with a trundle room. The queen and bunk bedrooms share a spacious full hallway bathroom. The kids will also love the open bonus area with an additional set of twin bunk beds. All four of these rooms open out to the first-floor deck, and all three bedrooms have TVs. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
