The ground level has concrete parking with three carports, a fish-cleaning station, an outdoor shower, a new basketball hoop, and a beach boardwalk. The first level has a furnished game room with a refinished pool table, a foosball table, and an entertainment center. On the second level, enjoy oceanfront views from two bedrooms with private access to the sizeable furnished wraparound with a porch swing. Two primary bedrooms also have deck access, including one with a private bathroom with a roll-in shower, grab bars, and a roll-up vanity. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
