NEWLY renovated - brand new tile just installed in the kitchen February 2024, hallways and bathroom. Bathroom renovations include a new mirror, new vanity, repaired and repainted walls. We also have new decor and new bedding. We have spent some time in this house addressing all client feedback. It’s fresh and clean! New photos to come beginning of 2024 after we replace the tile kitchen and bathroom flooring with a new gray and white tile to tie it all together. PETS CONSIDERED FOR A FEE // MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK // FREE WIFI + SMART TV STREAMING // PRIVATE PARKING // LINENS AND TOWELS Very Important: Please ensure you ask about bringing your four-legged family member, we require a pet fee of $100. We also require all pets to receive their flea and tick medication regularly and crates are preferred when you are out and about. Please keep heavily shedding pups off the furniture. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
