The open and pleasant living space has direct access to the terrace and overlooks the shared garden, with views of Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, and the Bossons Glacier, where deer often appear at dusk! The simple and modern layout creates a friendly atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The living room is equipped with an L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV. The open, functional, and well-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle) makes meal preparation easy. A small bar for two and a dining table complete the space. Outside, the terrace is furnished for outdoor dining in nice weather. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with an open bathroom. The master bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed, a bathtub, and a washbasin. The second bedroom has a 120 x 190 bunk bed with a 90 x 190 single bed, as well as a shower and washbasin. A separate toilet and a private laundry area are also available. A calm and convenient environment (parties are not allowed). The apartment is located on a quiet dead-end street, served by a private path, close to several hiking trails. Accro Park and the climbing wall at Lac des Gaillands are an 8-minute walk away. Chamonix town center is about 7 minutes by car.
