A Charming Getaway in Chamonix
This ground-floor apartment, located in a peaceful chalet, can accommodate up to 5 guests. It is ideal for two couples or a family, for a stay in Chamonix at any time of the year. Easily accessible, it also has a private parking space, a real bonus in the area.
The open and pleasant living space has direct access to the terrace and overlooks the shared garden, with views of Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, and the Bossons Glacier, where deer often appear at dusk!
The simple and modern layout creates a friendly atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The living room is equipped with an L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV.
The open, functional, and well-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle) makes meal preparation easy. A small bar for two and a dining table complete the space. Outside, the terrace is furnished for outdoor dining in nice weather.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each with an open bathroom.
The master bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed, a bathtub, and a washbasin.
The second bedroom has a 120 x 190 bunk bed with a 90 x 190 single bed, as well as a shower and washbasin.
A separate toilet and a private laundry area are also available.
A calm and convenient environment (parties are not allowed).
The apartment is located on a quiet dead-end street, served by a private path, close to several hiking trails.
Accro Park and the climbing wall at Lac des Gaillands are an 8-minute walk away.
Chamonix town center is about 7 minutes by car.

Located on a private street called Impasse de la Pchotte, guests have access to several hiking trails and are a 10-minute walk from Accro Park, the climbing wall, and Lac des Gaillands. Families are also well positioned to reach Chamonix center in 7 minutes by car.
Chamonix Mont-Blanc offers 170 km of ski slopes (Grands-Montets, Brévent-Flégère, Balme-Le Tour-Vallorcine, Les Houches…) and many other sports and cultural activities.
At 1,000 meters above sea level, Chamonix offers excellent dining, bars, cafes, cinema, museums, and shopping!
If the winter slopes are closed due to avalanche or wind risks, “Cham” offers many other activities: snowshoeing, sledding, cross-country skiing, ice skating, yoga, indoor climbing, swimming, numerous spas…
Summer is also full of activities: hiking, golf, tennis, adventure park, paragliding…
Those seeking an animated evening will have plenty of options, with bars, live music venues, nightclubs, and lounge bars!
A day trip to Courmayeur can be part of the stay; by crossing the Mont Blanc Tunnel, you can reach it in 25 minutes! (Check traffic conditions!)
Geneva airport is only 72 minutes by car via the A40.
