The Home
This wonderful house has been completely renovated, and the results are ample and bright spaces in which the essence of the architectural style of Seville is maintained, giving value to original elements such as exposed brick walls and wooden beams. All the above has been combined, in addition, with high quality furniture that ensures the total comfort of our guests.
On the ground floor we find a large hall, a toilet and a bedroom with double bed of 1.80 * 2.00 m with full bathroom with shower en suite. On the first floor is where the living room is located, with separate dining and living area, a toilet, and the fully equipped kitchen with everything our guests may need. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms: one with a double bed of 1.80 * 2.00 m and en suite bathroom with shower, and the other one with two connecting bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.80 * 2.00 m and another one with a single bed of 0.90 * 1.90...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
