Coyote Den is nestled in the quiet golf course community of Eagle Vail. Take advantage of the amenities this neighborhood has to offer; from nordic ski trails, sledding and snow shoeing in the winter to golfing, tennis, swimming in the community salt water pool and exploring the childrens parks in the summer. Mountain biking and hiking trails are easily accessible during the summer as is the Eagle River where you can enjoy nearby fishing, white water rafting and kayaking. This property is located just 3.5 miles from Beaver Creek and 9 miles from Vail Resort, so getting to the slopes in the winter is just a short drive away. For the more adventurous guest, the ECO transit bus stop is approximately one half mile away, just about a 10 minute walk.
This beautiful multi level duplex home has a wonderful open floor plan bringing the great room, kitchen and dining rooms together with access to a spacious covered deck equipped with a gas grill. The living room is complete with a 40” flat screen TV/DVD, wood burning fireplace and game table for your enjoyment and opens to the fully equipped kitchen and dining table that seats 6 guests and a half bath is accessible down just a few stairs near the garage entrance.
The master bedroom is on the upper most level of the home and is furnished with a king bed, 40” flat screen TV, private balcony and en suite bath. Bedroom 2, located midlevel upstairs, features a queen bed and 40” flat screen TV and en suite bath. Located on the lowest level, you’ll find a the laundry closet and bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 is equipped with 2 twin over twin bunk beds, 42” flat screen TV/DVD and a large en suite bath. The perfect getaway for the kids.

Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office.
