This beautiful mountain residence is nestled in the Eagle Vail neighborhood, near the Eagle Vail Golf course and conveniently located between Vail and Beaver Creek Resort. Eagle Vail offers a variety of amenities, including a community salt water swimming pool, Eagle Vail Golf Club, Willow Creek Par 3, miles of nordic ski trails, hiking/biking trails, tennis courts, community parks and pavilion. In addition, the Eagle River is nearby for fishing, white water rafting and kayaking. **Non-residents (guests) will need to purchase daily passes to enjoy EagleVail’s community amenities.
You’ll immediately feel at home upon entering this comfortable mountain residence. The main level features an open living and dining room with access to the outdoor patio. Curl up in front of the gas fireplace as you watch your favorite shows in the living room or step out onto the patio to enjoy the Colorado air. The patio is equipped with a gas grill and table seating for 2 and looks out onto the beautiful Eagle Vail golf course with enough yard space of your own to enjoy with friends and family. Create your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which features granite countertops, stainless appliances and bar seating for 4 while the dining room has space for 4 guests. The half bath is located on this level and includes a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Venture upstairs to find the master bedroom and bedroom 2. The master is furnished with a queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The master en suite features a large walk in shower and double vanity. Bedroom 2, located next to the master, has 2 twin beds and en suite bathroom with single vanity and a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan for those warm summer months.
