This bright and stylish apartment is located on the third floor of a beautifully restored classic building on Calderería Street, right in the heart of Málaga’s historic center. Please note: the building does not have a lift.
The apartment is entirely exterior, offering plenty of natural light. On the main floor, you’ll find a tastefully furnished living room with a double sofa bed, two exterior bedrooms (one with a double bed, 1.50 x 2.00 m, and one with two single beds, 0.90 x 1.90 m), a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
An interior staircase leads to the upper level, where there is a third bedroom with a 1.50 x 2.00 m double bed and an en-suite bathroom, modern and functional. The apartment accommodates up to 8 guests.
Calderería Street is nestled in Málaga’s old town, surrounded by cultural heritage, history, and art. The Carmen Thyssen Museum, Picasso Museum, the Cathedral, and other major landmarks are just steps away. No public transport or car is needed to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
