The large windowed and curtained doors open to the open-air pool terrace, connecting back to the home’s outdoor area. Here, seating for four and a barbecue grill extends the social space even further. A sitting room on the second floor between bedrooms provides a more intimate social space for residents to meet between resting. Both the guest and master bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with the master alone showcasing an ocean view balcony that looks out over Calle Cartagena and on towards the Islotes Pitahayas.
