Magnificent duplex apartment located on the third floor of a beautiful classic building in the historic center of Seville.
Upon entering the house there is a fully equipped modern open plan kitchen and living room. The living room area is on the left side and it is Chapineros street, there is a double sofa-bed (1.40 x 1.90 m). From the living room there is a direct access to the first bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m) and a separate bathroom with shower.
The upper floor can be reached by stairs from the living room. There is the second bedroom with a double bed (1.35 x 1.90 m), the second bathroom with a shower and the exit to a beautiful private terrace, furnished with wooden furniture and with wonderful views of the Cathedral and the Giralda tower.
The apartment is located in the historic center of the city, on the corner of Francos and Chapineross streets. A few meters from the apartment the Town Hall, the Cathedral and the Giralda tower are located. The apartment is also very close to the Alcázar, the Archivo de Indias and the Torre del Oro.
The neighborhood where the apartment is located has wide variety of tapas bars and restaurants where you can taste the best Andalusian cuisine, as well as countless brand stores and supermarkets.
