Upon entering the apartment, you step directly into a beautifully designed living room, furnished with high-quality pieces that create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. A staircase leads to the lower level, where you’ll find two bedrooms. One features two single beds measuring 90 by 200 and the other has a double bed measuring 150 by 200. A full independent bathroom serves both bedrooms.
The apartment is located in a privileged area for exploring Seville. Just across Avenida de Recaredo, you’ll reach the historic center, home to the city’s main landmarks and attractions. On the opposite side, the building backs onto a charming residential neighborhood, where locals live and where you’ll find plenty of traditional bars, typical restaurants, local shops, fresh markets, and supermarkets. It’s the perfect blend of local life and sightseeing.
