Our other standard amenities really put life in a cramped, cookie-cutter hotel room to shame: you’ll have a full kitchen, laundry, fast WiFi, a smart TV, and total privacy for your stay. Our homes all feature Ring doorbell cameras and custom-coded keyless entries, so you can rest easy knowing your security is top notch. You won’t be shelling out big bucks each day to park in a twisty multi-story deck either, as all of our properties have free off- or on-street parking.
Property Manager’s number one priority is of course our guests’ happiness, so our reservations and operations teams are at your service. Whether you need a brunch recommendation or a visit from our cleaners, we are always just a text or call away. Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. Whether you’re a PA or an A-lister, we believe everyone deserves a lovely place to call home after a hard day (or night) at work. Our chic and well-appointed pads make us the preferred vendor of choice for studios like Apple and Disney.
We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Our neighborhoods are all unique in their architectural styles and cultural offerings, but their geographic convenience, walkability, and safety are standard and guaranteed to please.

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space but we are available when needed! Property Manager has a full time in-house team ready for mid-stay turnover (if requested) and responsive to any unforeseen maintenance issues.
The Neighborhood:
Located only two blocks from Atlanta’s star attraction: Piedmont Park, ATL’s largest and most historic greenspace, and with close proximity to award winning restaurants such as Empire State South, South City Kitchen, The Vortex (for amazing burgers!), Fadó, Ra Sushi, Princi Italia, Cafe Intermezzo
Walking distance to Trader Jo’s and Whole Foods as well as 2 blocks away from the main entrance to The Beltline.
Getting Around:
Nearby Marta station is Inman Park / Reynoldstown only a few blocks away.

Other Things to Note:
* It is important to note we have security cameras on the exterior of the house and at all entry ways of the home which are Integrated in the smart lock and the alarm system.
* Also please be upfront and transparent about the quantity of people and activities planned in the home. As per our policy if there are more than the agreed number of people in the home at the time of booking that there will be additional $25 fee per night per person that will incur.
* Please be respectful of our home and neighbors and do your best to leave the home the way you found it. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am. Absolutely no parties allowed.
* Yes we are a pet friendly property BUT we do NOT accept cats!
Pet Policy:
Non-refundable Pet Fee: $150.00 (for one pet)
For more than one pet, there will be a $100.00 non-refundable pet fee for each additional pet.
**Guest is liable for any damages or soiling on the premises resulting from a pet stay.

House Rules:
As we continue to work towards ensuring the safety of our guests and employees, we are now requiring that each guest go through our guest verification process. Due to the uptick in stolen profiles, credit cards, and identity theft, Property Manager uses a 3rd party guest vetting provider. Both SUPERHOG & Autohost are data and security companies that use 256-bit military encryption and are 100% GDPR compliant (meaning your information will never be used / sold in ANY way outside of vetting your arrival). The same information that a hotel asks for at check in will be asked during the guest vetting process. Property Manager is implementing this additional step to better protect guests from stolen profiles / identity theft and safeguard it’s homes and hoods and be compliant with ATL regulations that govern short term rentals.
