**This flat is rented on a seasonal basis, for medium or short stays, but only in accordance with the LAU regulations as ‘use other than as a dwelling’, and rentals for tourist purposes are not permitted; the rental must be for work/personal/family reasons, etc., and the person renting must reside outside Madrid, and of course never make this property their permanent residence (it will be their temporary residence), nor be registered on the census.**
This spacious and bright apartment of 90 m2 has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a bathroom en suite and a 180x190 bed, and the second bedroom has a single bed of 90 x190. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room.
