This lovely bright modern townhouse is located just a 15 minute stroll over the bridge from the town of Kenmare. There are three bedrooms so in all, this holiday home can accommodate up to 5 people very comfortably. The open plan living room come dining room and kitchen is cosy yet filled with light from the rear of the property. There is a warm electric fire in the sitting room along with a TV and a comfy suite of furniture. The dining table seats 6 people. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need including washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary glassware, utensils, crockery and cutlery. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
