This lovely bright modern townhouse is located just a 15 minute stroll over the bridge from the town of Kenmare. There are three bedrooms so in all, this holiday home can accommodate up to 5 people very comfortably. The open plan living room come dining room and kitchen is cosy yet filled with light from the rear of the property. There is a warm electric fire in the sitting room along with a TV and a comfy suite of furniture. The dining table seats 6 people. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need including washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and all necessary glassware, utensils, crockery and cutlery. Patio doors lead to the garden outside. Upstairs There are three bedrooms. The master king size double bedroom has an ensuite with shower. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
