This is a beautifully presented apartment, ideally located just outside of the historic Tenby town walls, a short walk from the town centre with it’s cobbled streets and lovely array of shops, restaurant cafes and bars and just yards from the beautiful Tenby sea-front with it’s spectacular and far reaching coastal views. The apartment is also wonderfully located for those visiting on Ironman weekend, with the Ironman finish line being located just steps from the apartment.
The apartment enters into the communal hallway leading to the apartment which is set out over 2 floors.
Living/Dining Room: Comfortable sofa and dining seating for up to 4 people. Wall mounted Smart TV with Freeview. This room further benefits from sea glimpses over the towns South Beach.
Kitchen: Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer and electric oven and hob.
Bedroom 1: Spacious room with king-size bed and ample storage.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds and ample storage.
The apartment further benefits from gas central heating, WiFi and also has a tumble dryer.
Outside there is limited roadside parking. Further parking can be found at one of the nearby car parks including The Rectory, Five Arches and South Beach car parks.
