This is a luxury self-catering holiday cottage in Saundersfoot located just a 5 - 10 minute walk from Saundersfoot’s award winning beach and picturesque harbour, from where boat trips around the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast depart daily during the summer months. Saundersfoot village boasts many delightful beach front cafes and shops, restaurants and traditional pubs. The 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes right through Saundersfoot village and, during low tide, much of the coast path can be walked along the beach. There are many activities and attractions nearby including Folly Farm, Oakwood Theme Park and Heatherton World of Activities and the historic sea-side town of Tenby is just a short drive away. This self-catering cottage is located next door to Oaktree Lodge and Highwood House and the three cottages can be rented together for larger families wishing to holiday together.
This exclusive self-catering holiday cottage is all on one level and is furnished to the highest standard with an exceptional finish. The entrance hall with cloakroom leads through to the stylish kitchen with seating area and large breakast bar. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need in a self-catering holiday cottage including fridge freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and gas hob. The large windows face out towards Saundersfoot with views over the village and the beautiful Pembrokeshire countryside and towards the sea. The kitchen leads through to the open plan lounge/dining area which benefits from Sky TV with Home Cinema System and a cosy log burner. The large patio doors open out the whole of the lounge and offer more spectacular views out over the village and coast and lead out to the decked balcony with patio area and enclosed garden with BBQ, table and chairs and a luxury hot tub - perfect for ultimate relaxation whilst enjoying the exceptional views. Off the lounge is a ’snug’ sitting room with two comfortable sofas and FreeView TV.
This self-catering cottage sleeps 8 people in four double bedrooms with ample storage facilities. The master bedroom with Superking sized bed benefits from more views over the Pembrokeshire coast and an ensuite bathroom consisting of a bath with shower over, toilet and whb. The second bedroom offers versatile sleeping arrangements with a Zip and Link that can be used as a Superking sized bed or two single beds. Bedroom three and bedroom four both offer comfortable accommodation with King Sized beds in both with bedroom 4 also benefiting from view over the Pembrokeshire countryside. All beds are made up for your arrival with luxury white Egytian cotton sheets and towels are provided.
The cottages’ family bathroom comprises a luxury bath suite consisting of bath with shower over, toilet and whb. Other facilities in the cottage include parking for up to 6 cars, Wifi, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and central heating. Bath and hand towels are provided - please provide towels for use with the hot tub.
Mid-week and weekend breaks are available outside of peak season and at other times where there is late availability (please contact us)
Please note that a returnable good housekeeping and damage deposit of £200.00 is required (£400 for non family bookings) i.e. hen parties, birthday parties etc). This is payable along with the balance payment 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and is returnable within 7 days of the end of your holiday, upon request.
