Trailhead 422 is conveniently located next to the Rendezvous Event Center and a short walk from all the music, food, and fitness events that travel to the valley during the summer months. During the Winter season Rendezvous Event Center converts into a sledding hill fit for all ages. Located on the winter shuttle route this property is the ultimate ski retreat for a couple or small family.
The master bedroom is equipped with a plush king sized bed, a flat screen TV and the en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double down and twin on top, plus a twin - perfect room for up to 4 kids as this room also offers a TV with XBOX. The living room has a newly appointed queen sleeper sofa. The living room hosts flat screen TV and gas fireplace to wind down with after a day of fun in the rocky mountains. So grab the family and fido; make your way to the Winter Park area for a luxurious getaway with a down to earth feel.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
- All guests must complete rental agreement to provide credit card, email and phone number.
