The Home
Upon entering into the great room and you’ll notice the owner has thought of every detail with contemporary furnishings and an over-the-top theater projection setup perfect for game day or an action movie. Prepare a cocktail while the chef gets dinner ready in the adjacent spacious gourmet kitchen with in wall oven.
If someone goes missing, there’s a good chance they’ll be downstairs playing PacMan on the classic arcade or a game of foosball. There is also comfy sofa seating and a large desk in this room.
When you’re ready to call it a night, head to one of three bedrooms including master suite complete with king bed and en suite. There are two additional bedrooms – one with a queen bed and one with a pair of single over single bunks both with nearby baths. The game room plays host to a double pullout sofa bed just in case you need it.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
