It is a magnificent property located in a large historic house that maintains the essence of sevillanas manor houses.

The high ceilings, the large spaces, and the quality in general are always present in this unique apartment.

Upon entering into the apartment, a large entrance hall welcomes us and without walls that delimit it, It leads us to a large living room with big windows facing the street and providing a lot of natural light. The dining room is adjacent to the living room but in a separate room.

The three bedrooms have single beds, two of them of 1.90 x 0.90 and the other of 1.90 x 2.00.

The apartment also has three full bathrooms and a toilet.

The kitchen is large, according to the rest of the house, and it’s fully equipped. It is also modern and functional, perfect to prepare any dinner or meal with the family.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
