This 65 m2 apartment is in one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods in Madrid, Chamberí. A quiet and residential zone, where all the commercial and gastronomic locals have a very good reference. It has a wonderful location because of its closeness to the Paseo de la Castellana, considered the most important avenue of the city. It is very close to the Gregorio Marañon zone, where you can find the hospital with the same name and the subway lines 7 and 10. The Sorolla Museum is a few metres, one of the most visited places in the last years because of the architecture of the building and the aart you will find inside.
This home can accommodate 6 people, with two bedrooms and both beds are double. A bathroom with shower totally refurbished. The American kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, washing machine and kitchen utils.
The living room has tv, free internet access (Wi-Fi) and one double sofa bed.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
