Kia Ora Retreat Located less than a mile from the heart of the small town of Fischer, this well-appointed home offers a comfortable, modern, and safe spot for your next family vacation! Gather around the firepit equipped with four comfortable chairs for a fun time enjoying the outdoors, or head over to the detached game room. The game room will be the kids’ favorite room with a foosball table, a Connect 4 game, a large flatscreen TV, plenty of comfortable seating, and even a bed! Let the kids or kids at heart entertain themselves in the game room while the adults hang out around the firepit, watch TV on the large flatscreen TV in the living room, or gather in the nicely furnished screened-in porch. The main living space seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door Whirlpool fridge, a stove with a wooden exhaust hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. The adjoining dining table seats six perfectly and the island offers two more spots. This air-conditioned retreat has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a well-equipped laundry room with a washer/dryer combo. The main bedroom boasts a wall-mounted TV and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Things to Know High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. * Please note that there is an active Ring doorbell security camera located at the front of this home Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
