The oversized entertainer’s backyard features fig and lemon trees, natural grass, lounges and umbrellas, and an illuminated private pool. The covered patio features a heater, a large dining table, and a conversation area with additional seating. If you can’t get enough of that Arizona sunshine, there’s a large outdoor dining table with plush chairs so you can dine al fresco and the gas grill setup even has an outdoor bar area. If the nights get chilly, make use of the outdoor heaters to stay comfortable.
Whether traveling for business or pleasure, you’ll find lots of thoughtful extras inside the two-story home. Remote workers and students can take advantage of the two desk work areas and computer to handle those last-minute projects, then kick back in the living room to enjoy a movie on the 58-inch TV (streaming available with your own accounts) or a book or board game in front of the fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and all the small and major appliances the group chef will need to prepare delicious meals (including an outdoor mini-fridge), and you can serve your dinner guests at the formal dining table. At the same time, the kids can chatter away while sitting at the breakfast bar.
